Morocco Canyoning & Rappelling Adventure 2-Day

Destinations: Ourika Valley, Imlil · Duration: 2 days · Difficulty: Moderate · Group size: Up to 8

Hidden in the folds of the High Atlas are cool, clear canyons carved by snow-melt streams — and canyoning is the most exhilarating way to explore them. Over two days you descend these gorges by abseiling waterfalls, sliding natural rock chutes and leaping into deep green pools.

Certified guides provide wetsuits, helmets and harnesses and lead you through routes matched to your confidence. Between descents you hike through Berber valleys and picnic beside the water, making this a refreshing, adrenaline-charged escape from the summer heat.

This 2 days journey is led by licensed local guides who grew up in High Atlas, giving you privileged access to riverside Berber villages and women’s argan cooperatives alongside honest, unhurried travel. Every detail — comfortable private transport, hand-picked accommodation and authentic meals — is arranged so you can simply relax and take it in.

It is perfect for active travellers and keen hikers who want a genuine, well-run experience rather than a rushed coach tour. Small groups, transparent pricing and flexible planning mean the trip flexes around you.
