Morocco 8-Day Mountain to Sea Adventure

Destinations: Imlil, Ourika Valley, Taghazout, Paradise Valley · Duration: 8 days · Difficulty: Moderate · Group size: Up to 10

For travellers who love the outdoors, this journey pairs the two best natural playgrounds in Morocco: the High Atlas mountains and the surf-blessed Atlantic coast. You begin with two days of Berber-village trekking above Imlil, then descend to the ocean for surfing, coastal walks and the palm pools of Paradise Valley.

It is an energetic but achievable itinerary, mixing real activity with time to relax by the sea. A guide accompanies the mountain section and the coast is yours to enjoy at a gentler pace, making this ideal for active couples, friends and families.

This 8 days journey is led by licensed local guides who grew up in High Atlas, giving you privileged access to a Berber gateway village at 1,740m where mule tracks still link mountain hamlets alongside honest, unhurried travel. Every detail — comfortable private transport, hand-picked accommodation and authentic meals — is arranged so you can simply relax and take it in.

It is perfect for active travellers and keen hikers who want a genuine, well-run experience rather than a rushed coach tour. Small groups, transparent pricing and flexible planning mean the trip flexes around you.
