3. You receive an itinerary and trade terms — We send a tailored proposal with clear pricing and partnership terms for you to review with your client.
4. Booking proceeds after agreement — The journey is confirmed only once the itinerary, price, availability and partner terms are all agreed in writing.
For a verified agency enquiry, the default is a confidential net partner price prepared for that specific itinerary, dates, group size and comfort level. You set your own client-facing retail price and keep your margin. The written quote states the actual included services, exclusions and any applicable booking, payment and cancellation terms for that itinerary. We do not publish a fixed commission percentage, a universal discount or a fixed rate card — any exception to this net-quote model must be agreed in writing for that individual booking.
