Each February the Anti-Atlas oasis town of Tafraoute erupts in pink and white as its almond trees bloom, and the whole community gathers for a joyful festival of music, dance and feasting. This three-day tour is timed to share that celebration, set among the town’s spectacular pink granite valleys.
You wander blossom-filled palmeries and painted rocks, join festival festivities with local families, and taste the almond-based sweets at the heart of the celebration. It is a warm, colourful cultural experience in one of Morocco’s most striking and least-visited corners.

March–May and September–November for the most pleasant weather. Hot dry summers and mild winters with cool evenings. Spring and autumn are the busiest and most beautiful; book early for these months. Summer is quieter inland due to heat, winter quieter on the coast.
