Destinations: Marrakech · Duration: 2 days · Difficulty: Easy · Group size: Up to 10
Moroccan cuisine is built on technique as much as spice, and two focused days in a riad kitchen give you time to learn it properly. This masterclass moves beyond a one-off class to build genuine, repeatable skills you take home.
You start in the souk, learning to choose and blend the spices that define the food, then return to the kitchen to cook. Day one centres on the tagine — layering, slow cooking and balancing sweet and savoury — alongside classic salads and fresh bread.
Day two tackles couscous rolled by hand, a warming harira soup and delicate pastries, finishing each session by sitting down to eat what you have made. You leave with a folder of recipes and the confidence to recreate them anywhere.
Shop the spice souk, then cook a tagine, salads and fresh bread, and share the meal.
Hand-roll couscous, prepare harira and make Moroccan pastries before a final feast.
