Context: as a guide from our real catalogue, day trips start from around $129, the 3-day Merzouga Sahara tour from $495, and the 2-day Toubkal summit trek from $295, with each tour page showing its verified price. Where a pricing basis (per person, per private vehicle or per group) is not yet verified for a tour, we use neutral "from" wording and confirm the basis with your quote. Private and luxury journeys are priced bespoke — the per-person cost typically decreases for larger groups.

Context: this is why submitting a form or checking out creates a pending request rather than an instant confirmation — real rooms, camps, vehicles and guides are held for real dates, and our Marrakech team verifies each one before confirming. You will never be told a trip is "confirmed" until the system and our team have actually confirmed it.

No — browsing, enquiries and booking requests are completely account-free. Context: you only need an email address or a WhatsApp number so we can reply. There is no sign-up wall anywhere in the enquiry flow.
We contact you, explain the situation, and propose an adjusted itinerary, alternative date or alternative experience — your call before anything changes. Context: mountain weather (for example on Toubkal summit days) occasionally forces a safer alternative; desert routes can be affected by sandstorms or road conditions; if a specific riad or camp becomes unavailable we propose an equivalent and any price difference is agreed with you first. Safety always takes priority over the original plan, and where a journey cannot be delivered as agreed, alternatives or a refund are discussed openly.
