تتشبث القرى الأمازيغية الطينية بالمنحدرات: أرومد وتاشديرت وسيتي فاطمة. الثقافة الأمازيغية حية — لغة تشلحيت وضيافة ومطبخ عائلي وزرابي تنسجها النساء. ليلة في غيت عائلي هي التجربة الأصيلة.
أفضل موسم من أبريل إلى يونيو ومن سبتمبر إلى نوفمبر: ممرات صافية ودرجات معتدلة وأزهار ربيعية أو ألوان خريف. الشتاء يجلب الثلج ويستلزم عتاداً وخبرة؛ الصيف حار جداً للوديان المنخفضة.
